These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. You must be over 18 years of age to place an order through this website. In placing an order you are making an offer to purchase subject to these terms and conditions. The laws of Cyprus shall govern any contract between us. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively within the courts of Cyprus.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We will generally deliver orders placed before 3pm within 2 working days.
All orders placed after 3pm will be treated as having been ordered the following day.
Deliveries are only made Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Friday before 3pm will be delivered by Tuesday.
All orders placed online on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday for delivery by Wednesday.
All technology products are on a 2 to 7 day delivery. Some larger products may also be on this basis. These items will be clearly marked on our site.

Delivery can take place anytime between 8:00 and 16.30. A Specific delivery time cannot be supplied.
Please note delivery can only be made in Cyprus, excluding the Turkish Occupied Areas.
Delivery charges
There is no minimum order charge. Delivery is free on all orders.
Return Policy
At Office Star, we understand that from time-to-time mistakes are made and as such we pride ourselves on a no fuss, no hassle returns policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of invoice and we will issue a full refund or exchange the item to another preferred product of same value.
Complaints
Our company has endorsed a complaints handily policy in order to resolve any disagreements and/or disputes, so please inform us of any complaints you may have. For further information call us at 77772344.
Stock Issues
If you do not receive the type or quantity of goods ordered due to an error or omission on our part, we will arrange for the correct order to be delivered to you, usually within 3 business days, as stocks permit.
You must notify us within 3 working days of receipt if an order is incorrect or incomplete. You must also ensure that any goods supplied in error or in excess of your order are returned in as new resalable condition in their original unmarked packaging.
Goods are sold subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these goods and we will refund any money already paid for the goods. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we do not supply goods.
If goods are not in stock we will inform you that they have been placed on order, and either agree a new delivery date or at your discretion remove the items(s) from your order. In addition, you will have the right to cancel any order that has not yet been supplied, up until 16:30 on the day prior to expected delivery. We will refund any payment that has already been made for those goods and any delivery charges applicable, on the day of cancellation.
Ownership
You will become the owner of goods only once we have received payment in full for the goods and any delivery charges associated with the order. We reserve the right of tracing, where goods have not been paid for in full.
Prices and Payment
The price you will pay for the goods is that which prevails at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, to reflect alterations in our supplier’s prices and/or changes in taxes and duties. If prices on the web site are not correct due to any errors or omissions on our part, we will inform you of the correct price and you will have the right to amend or cancel your order. In the case of a mistake (within the legal definition of the law of mistake), if the goods have already been delivered, we will give you an opportunity to return the goods and receive a full refund of the price. Prices shown are inclusive of value added tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.
Payment in Euro will be required at the time of ordering, except where a credit account has been opened in which case payment must be received in accordance to the agreed credit period.
Currently we can only accept Paypal payments. We shall be in a position to accept JCC payments very soon.
Site Disclaimer of disability
Our web site may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors and we will not accept any liability for the accuracy of the information it contains. Information may also be changed or updated without notice.
If you buy goods that are unsuitable, based on incorrect specifications published on our website, we will accept their return and give a full refund of the price. You must notify us within 14 days after the day you receive the goods and ensure that they are returned in as new resalable condition in their original unmarked packaging.
All third party products, services, trademarks and/or brands appearing on this website, are not linked or associated with Office Star Ltd but are only mentioned to describe the products or services offered in our website.
Cancellation of an order
If for any reason you have changed your mind on any order you can cancel it in 14 days from the day you ordered and paid only by sending an email with your order details (company name, invoice number, person in charge) to our support department requesting cancellation. By this way you can return the goods to us in their original condition within 30 days of the date you received them, unopened with all seals, packaging and shrink-wrap intact and we will issue a full refund or credit note for the price you paid for the item.
Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.
We collect the information you provide us while registering, ordering and from enquiries, to process and deliver your order, and to communicate with you. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date.

We keep a record of your orders and quotes so that you may run reports online to review your spending and order quickly by selecting items from previous orders and quotes. We also use this information to build an understanding of the general habits, interests and requirements of our customers.
You are not allowed to:

Transmit corrupted data
Send any promotional material (Spam)

Your account, at this point, is pending for approval.
You will be notified via e-mail as soon as an OfficeStar administrator approves your Business Account and then you will be able to login.

Once you have logged in, you can access the Account Management area to:
a. View and Edit your Business Account details
b. View Orders History
c. View Quotations
Quotation Request
The "Request for Quotation" feature works only with the products listed in our online catalogue.
- Simply click the "Add to Quotation" button from the Product's detailed page and you will be redirected to your Quotation's List.
- Enter the desired quantity of the product(s) and any comments/questions you want us to read.
- If the product is associated with varieties (e.g. different colour variations, size etc) you can use the drop-down menu to choose the final product/variant you are interested in.
- Click the "Update" button for the new products/comments/quantities to be updated in your Quotations List.
- By updating your Quotation List it will be saved in your Account but NOT sent to us. In this way, we give you the freedom to do any changes on your Quotation List, like update quantities, remove/add products and add/change comments. When your decision is final, you can click the "Submit" button to process your Request to us.
* In case you have logged out your account, or closed the website's window, you can access your saved Quotation list from the "My Quotations List" under your "Account Management" area.
Placing an Order
Placing an order at OfficeStar.com.cy is easier than anywhere else!
- Browse our online products catalogue and click the "Add to Cart" icon to add the product in the Shopping Cart. A small window will appear where you have to enter the desired quantity in order to proceed.
- Once you are done with the products selection, click the Cart Icon from the upper-right corner of the website to go to your Shopping Cart.
- Click the "Update" button if you have made any changes in the quantities of the selected products.
- If you are happy with the products selected and their quantities, click the "Checkout Button".
-You will be informed to accept these terms and conditions in the third step of the placing an order procedure.
-press the dust bin icon placed at the left of each product line in the shopping cart, to remove that particular product if you don’t want to buy it.
- Confirm your shipping address and click the "Continue" button
- Choose your desired delivery method and click the "Continue" button
- Choose your desired payment method, accept the Terms checkbox and click the "Continue" button *
- Review your order and click the "Confirm" button to process your order!
An e-mail will be sent to you with the order's summary, which can also be viewed from the "View Orders" in the "Account Management" section.
Before you complete your order you will be able to go to your Account management page and make any changes you like to your personal information such as address, phone numbers etc. You will also be able to change your order's content from the shopping cart. You can easily add or delete as many products as you want from your shopping cart, increase or decrease the quantities of these products. For more information about this please read the Withdrawal paragraph. If you would like to cancel the order please read the information for the Cancellation of an order procedure.
* Note for Credit Card (JCC) Payments: A purchase with the name "www.officestar.com.cy" will appear in your bank statement.
Withdrawal
During your order procedure and prior to your payment through JCC or PayPal you will be able to remove part or all of the products from your shopping cart by pressing the Delete button which is before each of the products in your shopping cart. You will also be able to add one or more products or even change the quantities of the products in your cart.
If you choose to pay though PayPal and wish to cancel your order once you reached the payment page you can press the Cancel and return to Office Star Ltd button.
Login
In order to start collaborating with Office Star online you need to be logged in.
- To login simply click the "Login" link from the upper corner of the website.
- Enter your e-mail address and the password that you used when signing up for your account.
Provided the correct login credentials, you will be able to access all our online services.
Language
In our website you will be able to place and review your order in the English language only, at this point.
