1. Customer Service At Office Star we pride ourselves on providing an excellent service. Our customer service team is focused on providing solutions to any wider purchasing issues you might have. Every member of our team has the authority and knowledge to answer the vast majority of your questions in a one phone call. We promise to answer emails within the end of the business day.
2. Deliveries We deliver to Cyprus.
We do NOT deliver to the Turkish Occupied Areas of Cyprus. We will generally deliver orders placed before 3pm within 2 working days. All orders placed after 5pm will be treated as having been ordered the following day. Deliveries are only made Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Friday before 3pm will be delivered by Tuesday. All orders placed online on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday for delivery by Wednesday. All technology products are on a 2 to 7 day delivery. Some larger products may also be on this basis.These items will be clearly marked on our site.
If you would like a quote, contact our customer support team on 77772344, Monday to Friday – 8:00 to 16:30. Delivery can take place anytime between 8:00 and 16:30. A Specific delivery time cannot be supplied. Please note delivery can only be made in Cyprus, excluding the Turkish Occupied Areas.
Delivery charges There is no minimum order charge. Delivery is free on all orders.
3. Missing items Items missing from your order may already be on their way to you as part of another delivery. The next possibility is that an item is not in stock but is to be delivered later. Please report any missing items within three working days of the delivery.
4. Damaged Goods If your order includes a damaged item(s), please contact us within three working days of delivery. Once we have the relevant information from you, we can collect the damaged item(s) and deliver a replacement(s).
5. Returns You need to return unused unwanted goods within 7 days of receiving your order. You need to tell us about damaged goods within three days of receiving your order.
Please make sure: Wrap the item (with all its documents and components) back in its original packaging. The item is unused and in a resalable condition. The box has no writing or return numbers on it. Ensuring all manuals and components are included. And you use the original packaging.
Returns after 7 days. We can only accept unwanted items after 7 days at our discretion, and for less than the full credit value.
Food and drink returns. We cannot accept any food or drinks returns - including biscuits, coffee and water - because of health and safety regulations
6. Exchange of items The easiest thing to do is to return any item(s) ordered by mistake, and then place a new order.
7. Mailing Lists We will occasionally notify you about important news, new services and special offers we think you might appreciate.

8. Secured Payments
During the whole checkout process your credit card details are encrypted. When you reach the screen where you enter your details, you are on a secure server, after your order is placed your credit card details are then encrypted again to prevent anyone else from accessing them We do not keep any details of your credit card.
